1. Return Window

Roviani Milano accepts returns within 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.

To initiate a return, you must contact us at service@roviani-milano.com before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Show no signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alterations

  • Be returned in the original packaging

  • Include all original tags, labels, inserts, and protective seals intact

Roviani Milano reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.


3. Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Roviani Milano is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered return packages.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


4. Inspection Process

All returned items are inspected upon arrival at our fulfillment center.

Inspection is completed within 3–7 business days after the package is received. If the item meets the return conditions, the refund process will be initiated.


5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days after approval.

Refunds include:

  • The purchase price of the returned item(s)

Refunds do not include:

  • Original shipping fees

  • Expedited shipping fees

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or carrier handling fees (if applicable)

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn underwear or swimwear without original hygiene protection

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Final sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, negligence, or failure to follow care instructions


7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@roviani-milano.com.

Your email must include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or video evidence of the issue

If the claim is approved, Roviani Milano will:

  • Provide a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full refund to the original payment method

Roviani Milano reserves the right to request the return of the defective or incorrect item before issuing a refund or replacement.


8. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer at checkout:

  • The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required for reshipment

  • Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

Shipping costs are non-refundable in these circumstances.


9. Exchanges

Roviani Milano does not process direct exchanges.

If you wish to replace an item, you must initiate a return in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.
